Or does the PCT use some other standard and if so what? South East Health have contractual requirements to ensure Doctors employed are properly registered and work within national guidelines.Please clarify what the national guidelines are with a website. 2) Does East Sussex Downs and Weald PCT allow initial contractor(s) to subcontract and who is the employer of the doctors employed by the PCT to cover “GP out hours” and locum? Please make clear whether South East Health are permitted to subcontract, whether they do and what the contractual terms are if they do.3) Does the East Sussex Downs and Weald PCT ensure that all doctors and locums are registered with the General Medical Council?
