It is now 3 years since the last rent agreement on the branch surgery used by Dr Edwards in Pnnetts Town, and I now wish to request a review. With this in mind I would be grateful if you could supply me with some information under the 'Freedom of Information Act', if necessary. As you know there is planning for the new surgery in the village on the recreation ground and the committee of lay people in the village tell me that you have agreed to an annual rent of 21,000 for the new premises when they are completed. I would be grateful if you could confirm that this is correct.

We are looking into the cost of commissioning services under the maternity block contract. Nationally, it is not common to keep records of the costs of services provided under block contracts - all that is recorded is the overall cost of the contract. However I have been told that Dr Suzanne Tyler may have done some work with you to identify the component costs of the services delivered under the block contract. If this is the case then it would be useful to see the results of this. If you do not yet have the detail on the component costs of delivering these services, it would be useful to see what information you have on the level of service delivered under the contracts. For example do you know the number of midwifery visits provided?
