 28-10/11 1...Does the trust maintain a record and or log of those occasions when it has detected a pest and or vermin control and or infestation problem of some kind on any of its premises. These problems will include but will not be limited to the problems posed by rats, mice, bats, foxes, squirrels, cockroaches, flies, beetles, lice and other insects. The record or log will provide details of the kind of infestation, its exact location and the duration of the problem. It will also detail any action taken to deal with the issue. Can you please provide a copy of this log or record?
2....During the aforementioned period on how many separate occasions has the trust been forced to call upon the services of an outside pest control or environmental health company to manage/eradicate a pest problem or infestation of some kind. I am interested in receiving details of all occasions irrespective of the size of the infestation or the amount of time taken to deal with the problem.
3...Can you please provide a list of companies which the trust has called in to deal with and or manage the aformentioned pest control issue or infestation. What is the total amount spend with each company during the aforementioned period? How many times has each company been called out?
4...Can you please provide details of each and every infestation and pest control incident irrespective of the number of animals involved. In each case can you identify the pest (s) animal (s) which were causing the problem? In the case of each infestation or pest incident can you state which trust premises were affected and which parts of these premises were affected. Please include all incidents even if the problem was not tackled by an outside firm/specialist. In each case can you identify who dealt with the problem.
