How many times has someone from the public health team met with representatives from general practice (not including official meetings of the Local Medical Committee) since January 2008? For each meeting attended could I have the job title of the PCT employee in attendance (eg commissioning lead, or other) and the titles of the principle people met with (eg LPC chair/community pharmacist). For each meeting could I also have any information available on any matters which were due to be discussed by the PCT and the committee (eg were pharmacy enhanced services discussed, pilot services etc). If any other teams with the PCT have regularly met with members of community pharmacy or general practice could you please contact me as I would be interested in information about their meetings also.

On behalf of the General Practitioners Committee of the British Medical Association, I would like to request the following information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (2000): 1) The number of patients on the registered list of all GP-led health centres and new practices that have been procured by the PCT under the Equitable Access to Primary Medical Care initiative, and the number of patients on the registered list of any walk-in-centres in the PCT. 2) The level of walk-in activity at the GP-led health centre and any walk-in-centre in the PCT, measured on a monthly basis if this is available. 3) The figure for the funding to each GP-led health centre and any walk-in-centre in terms of pounds per patient registered at that centre.
