The Publication Scheme sets out the commitments that the PCT makes under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to publish key information held by the organisation. The PCT adopted the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) Model Publication Scheme from 1st Jan 2009.
The PCT has produced a Guide to Information which sets out the information to be made available as part of the publication scheme.
The majority of information within the publication scheme is made available online free of charge.
