A community bus will be in Bexhill on Wednesday 1 April to promote carers’ issues and to give advice for general well-being and health improvement.
In addition to the health improvement team of NHS Hastings and Rother, staff from East Sussex County Council’s adult social care services and Care for the Carers will be available.
There will be details of Care Passports, Carers’ Assessments, and the Carers’ Respite Emergency Support Service (CRESS) as well as internet access.
The bus, which is wheel-chair accessible, will be in the lay-by near All Saints School, Sidley, from 10am until 12 noon.
In the afternoon it will be at St Martha’s RC Church car park, Little Common (on the corner of Cooden Sea Road and Birkdale) from 1pm until 3pm.
