East Sussex Adult Social Care, NHS Hastings and Rother and NHS East Sussex Downs and Weald are holding the third annual ‘’Closer to Home’’ engagement events. This year there will be four events; two in the Hastings and Rother area and two in the East Sussex Downs and Weald area.
This year we will be concentrating on the challenges faced in the coming years - including our financial outlook. We’ll also be talking about the priorities we have set following previous engagement events. Finally, we are going to be looking at prevention, diagnosis, treatment and aftercare for falls and dementia.
We’d like your input, so come along to whichever date suits you best. Please complete the attached form indicating your first and second choice of event and return it to Gemma Counsell by email to
