"The Local Guide to Services is full of useful information, from how to register with a GP, to how exactly we spend taxpayers money to provide local NHS services.
It also has some really great tips and information on staying healthy and improving your health.
People can use it as a quick reference guide to find the services, help and advice they and their family may need."
The guide is also available in other languages and formats upon request.
