The Minor Injuries Unit at Lewes Victoria Hospital will be closed from Sunday 22 March to Monday 29 March for essential maintenance work.
The unit will reopen at 8am on Tuesday 30 March.
During the temporary closure, people will be redirected to the Minor Injuries Unit at Uckfield Community Hospital, open 8am-8pm, seven days a week.
Minor injuries can also be treated 8am-8pm seven days a week at Crowborough War Memorial Hospital and the Eastbourne Station Health Centre.
