Sarah Blow
Sarah commenced her role as Director of Transformation for the East Sussex PCTs in May 2010.
Sarah began her career in the private sector working at Rank Xerox and Axa insurance before moving into the NHS in 1998. Since then she has gained wide ranging experience in London and the South East working in Primary Care, the Department of Health and Acute Trusts.
Sarah has a strong background in improvement and redesign of services and was previously the Director of Whole Systems Improvement in East Sussex where she worked in a joint position with East Sussex County Council to improve services across the Health and Social Care system.
