David Lowe
David joined the PCT in December 2006.
He was previously Director of Human Resources for Bexhill and Rother & Hastings and St Leonards PCTs,
David has almost 20 years experience working across most sectors within the NHS and has held senior HR and workforce positions within both the acute and mental health sectors in Sussex.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds post-graduate qualifications in HR leadership and general management.
