Frank Sims
Frank joined the PCT in February 2010. He has been a Director of the acute sector with considerable experience of working in multi-site organisations that have faced difficult operational and performance issues and been part of teams that have made significant improvements to services for patients. Frank has a breadth of experience running operational and strategic functions alongisde estate and development and spent considerable time in performance improvement and contracting. More recent roles have been around delivering major service reconfigurations, leading work to centralise women and children's and trauma at the new hospital at Pembury. He has also worked at the Department of Health involved in clinical engagement as part of the World Class Commissioning team.
